In this release, German has been added to the LumenVox Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) library. In addition, LumenVox has made significant improvements to overall pronunciation generation and processing for the Canadian French, British English, Brazilian Portuguese, Mexican Spanish, Columbian Spanish and Indian English ASR languages, expanding our commitment to our customers and partners across the globe.
The LumenVox 15.1 product suite now includes Text-To-Speech (TTS) Load Distribution to allow for load balancing for both ASR and TTS resources from a single Media Server. Also added are multi-tenant enhancements to the LumenVox Media Server as well as enhanced SNMP Features and several Speech Tuner enhancements. Another key enhancement allows for licenses to be released prior to sending MRCP responses.
LumenVox continues to make improvements to our diagnostic tools, supporting our commitment to making speech easier to administer, manage and support. With LumenVox 15.1, users can add file attachments (network trace logs, etc.) to diagnostic reports sent to LumenVox Technical Support team to allow for faster case resolution.
